I'll offer some advice and things I realized over the years.....seems to me after seeing several crashs w/this aluminum frame the nurfs are primary structural members(vs secondary like bumpers) in saving or preventing the frame from flex. Nurfs stabilize the frame under normal operating conditions and keep as much load as possible in the nurf in a crash....Things to look for at the attach points are big structure that take large bolts (1/4-5/8) that will take out loads before it reaches the frame, but not so large it transfers load to the frame. Nurfs made out of large diameter tubing will help too.

Have not seen the rest we run pro-armour, nice tight fit, large fasteners, large steel or thick alum pegs(important to fail here vs send load to the frame), large tubing...we flipped the quad couple times frame held up well.....

Good luck!
