No Power whatsoever... full battery

a few days ago i drove my DS450 around town for about 15 minutes (i live in a small town so an ATV is a common mode of travel). i parked it outside, it didn't rain or anything since i had it out there. so i try to start it up today to run to the hardware store, and it didn't crank. i noticed that i also didn't hear the fuel pump turn on, any relays click, the instrument panel lights didn't come on, and my headlights didn't come on.

the first thing i thought was the battery was dead. i threw my jumper pack on it, and still nothing. then i put a multimeter on the battery terminal wires. it read 12.36v. i also checked all my fuses, all of them were fine (assuming there is only 6??). my battery terminals were tight too...

so, any idea is a helpful one (well.... sort of )
thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT: i just had a look at it inside. the instrument panel lights are coming on after the fuel pump tries to turn on, and they're flickering... i threw on a trickle charger for now

I still question the battery just because it reads 12+ volts does not mean it holds a charge and has cranking amps. I take it to the autostore and have a loads test done. Yes 6 fuses, one is for the starting circuit. You could try and jump your starter or see if it push starts, if so battery.

i know its not the battery because i just hooked it up to a fully charged jumper pack. also, that ATV battery has enough cranking amps to jump start my friends Mitsubishi Gallant haha.

it is getting some power but its not enough to turn the fuel pump, turn the starter or even turn on the brake light.

Next step to me and maybe C- racerdad will jump in is swap the right fan relay out(looking rear) move it to center/main. It feeds the ECM which controls all the above.

Yes they are all the same relays, just don't leave the fan one out I heard of one guy that threw an ECM code he could not get rid of but I think his ECM may be messed up...If the engine light starts to flash just cycle the key it should reset.

You know you should should chase your voltage if the relay is not it, out of your battery to where it reads low....I'm just wondering if it's not a wire, short, and check your main engine and case grounds for good contact. They are located down by the right foot if I remember right. Make sure you got good ECM connections.

I'll try and look at the wire diagram later see what else I can come up with.
