How do you get the brake piston out?

Well I've been running no back brakes since my last post, since I haven't had the time to fix them, but now I do and I tried blowing the brake piston through the hole where the cable attaches with compressed air to get it out but it just won't come out!! It moves a little but won't come completely out. Does Anyone know how to get it out?
Thanks

brakes

hello fella, ive just done my brakes on my ds at the wkend, the piston was seized solid, wouldnt move at all,[previous owner neglect]as these pads are renowned for wearing fast on the ds rear end, constant supervision is needed, anyways enough shite from me,all i did m8 was leave it connected and pump the foot pedal slowly this forces the piston out, just clean it up,check the seal for debris etc, insert it back in slowly in place undo the bleed nipple, then i used a small g clamp and slowly tightened it up until it was possible to replace the pads and reverse the process of the overhaull, then get a freind etc,to help you bleed it back up,keeping a close eye on the reservoir for fluid as it drains quiet quickly, hope this helps you,oh and it bled up better for me with the lid on the rez

If it bound up, push it back in and try to use the air again , it sounds like the piston cocked in the bore , push it back in and retry
