Bent Frame - Need advice

Hey,

I had an accident with my DS and I rolled it a few times.

I have an appointment with my insurance company in a few days but I wanted to know what everyone's input was with a bent frame. Would they have to replace the whole frame or can you buy frame parts separately?

I'm worried they will try to write it off.

I colored the bent frame in RED in the following pic.

You can replace those pieces. Just make sure nothing else is bent, and that should be a semi-easy fix.
