help removing body panels

I have a 2008 ds450x and need to remove the side panels around the engine to install new c4 hoses, ngk ignition wires and a new oil tank. don't want to sound ignorant, but we are having a tough time figuring where to start to get the body plastics off around the engine.is there an easy way to start. help!!!

You start in he back.. the front plastics are like one big peice. You take off the the four rear bolts. Then near the the collant overflow bottle thing. There's two then under the front fenders there one on each side. And another alittle lower and one in the front theN you putt it off forward.. and unscrew your ignition out of it and you should be good man.

unbolt every bolt that looks like it is connected to the front plastic. then get the key switch out then the plastick should just pull off the front.

Thx guys, I really appreciate it. Can the headlights stay on the machine or does it all need unbolted

Im not sure about the head lights since I removed mine so long ago. But I think they do need to be removed. Someone els will have to chime in to verify.

Yeah unfortunately, the headlights gotta come off. After seeing what a PITA it is to remove them every time, I just left them off for good.

The plastics are off. YIKES, not exactly a quick pop-off project. The NGK wires are great from bcs, next the new water hoses and the new oil tank and the easton freestyle bars, the 6pack rack and then the SAND!!! thx for all your help, oh and of course change the relays while its open so the fan works ha ha
