Thanks guy's.
It was not that difficult. I found channel that was close the the right shape, then cut away material to make the basic shape with a skill saw. Then cleaned it up with a mill.

I have a gibson stick stabilizer on my ds and it works just fine. My brother has an elka system 5 on his kawi and it doesn't seem to work any better than a stick stabilizer. I would buy the stick stabilizer.

how about elka and GPR stabilizers ? are they same quality as precision ?
they are easelyer to get in europe than precision
( PEP shoks are good bud the stabilizers are not. the shaft is to thin and they bend.
i know 3 people who bended them)

Seth will custom valve your P.E.P. Stabilizer with large or small port orifices on the pistons for more or less damping depending on rider preference. I've run his stuff on my GNCC bikes for years without a single failure.

If you race hard a stick will heat up and fade on you quicker then a puck. Plus there is way more tunable. Its worth the extra coin
