nerf bars
Hello all,
We snapped both heel guards on the ds saturday night during the race. we have to buy some nerfs/ heel guards. Team x uses X-Factor , i do not like the dg's and i will never buy anything pro- armor again. we used rath on the suzuki, but the Can am needs solid heel guards..... what do you guys like, and or reccommend?? 
PS i have to order them tomorrow(NDA) to have them for practice thursday night.I may just heli- arc them until i know what i want to buy.

i have a set of dragon fire nerfs but i lost the mounting hardware so ud have to make ur own includes fat peg full aluminum nerf with aluminum heel guard. obviously wont make it to you by thursday but i wanna get em out of the garage so id let em go for cheap

Well I would have recommended pro armor.... but I guess not lol. I've had good luck with AC racing in the past, as well as pro armor.

hmm the only solids i could come up with in my search are pro-armors, and theyre a nerf and heel gaurd built in together. I have the rath and love them. havent had any problems and the nets you cant even tell are there. with the suziki, his boots i can imagine probably cought cause such a huge gaurd that they have

I ordered a set of X-factor..... if it is good enough for team x ... they should be fine for pro-am!
we broke 11 Rath heel guards last year on the LTR@$110.00 ea
if you want to hear the pro armor story? PM me.
DG was supposed to sponsor the Williams performance team, but the deal fell through. if they wont sponsor the team... they don't get my money.
I saw the x-factors on Natallie's bike and liked them ... they were also the least expensive combo (surprise!)
