if you still need it. first remove 10mm headed bolt located just in front of oil filter cap (on center cases). remove valve cover. put bike in 5th gear, remove one sparkplug. rotate rear wheels to turn engine over, when cams face away(intake lobes towards back) (exhaust towards front). stop. lines on cams gears should line up in middle. remove 2 bolts holding top chain guide. notice that both lines line up with casting line on head. stick screw driver in hole of case ( the one in front of oil cap). that will lock crank. reverse on install. any other questions just ask.

under the oil filter you'l find a bolt that has a copper ring under it, thats the bolt you schould have. its a M8 bolt.
i made a m8 bolt thats longer than the stock and grinded the head of the screw a litle bit so it fits nice into the cranckshaft. it might by easyer to work than with a screwdriver in it.
