Yep, you'll get the most power gain with a Woods exhaust.

I have a Rossier full exhaust, new rossier ECU program direct from can am racing, larger "green" injector, & KN filter. I beat my buddy's 450R with $3g's in moto work from Tom Carlson. He weighs 60 lbs more then me, so we switched, and he beat me on my bike. Charlie Rossier knows his stuff, I haven't really talked to Motoworks race dept to much. just my .02

I have an HMF full system with an FMI and the EHS open airbox lid mod. I spank 450r's and YFZ's all day. And if I remember right, I have beat someone I know with a Rossier in a drag before.........

Is that new rossier ECU program just a program installed on the race ecm? Also, how much is the larger "green" injector?

which exhaust is basically preference....
I recommend you buy an intake ... BCS or Motoworks I suggest the Bcs intake
Dyno proven 2.3 hp for $129.99 .
In My opinion;the cheapest hp you can buy.
I was skeptical ... but it surprised me.

$110 for the injector and $150 for the ecu recalibration. His stuff seems really reasonable compared to some of the other places that I've seen. just check out his web site.

that is fairly cheap! Just ship him your ECM? How hard is the injector to install?
Also, what type of gain do you see, or is it just more smooth throughout the power curve?
