Yes it will but you don't need to get it tuned. The ds 450 ecm will adjust for the higher altitudes.

A programmer will do nothing about the altitude issues...the ecm automatically adjusts. Its only for ur map. How much fuel is put in per air per throttle position.

The original cdi will not change itself.
The cheapest way is to put in an bigger injector.
You can buy the green injector from the Renegade 800 and just put it in this will cure your lean condition and works very well.
I also have a proffesional Cdi that is totally programmable.
This is more expensive.

There is an adjustment for altitude the dealer can do in BUDs you might try first, the ECM does not handle all altitudes in the world hence the adjustment in BUDs. If you run Nationals and/or change elevation often the best option in PC5 w/autotune. If you have done significant MODs to the air intake track(big filter, bored TB, high flow intake, etc...) a bigger injector is necessary, altho a bigger injector with a small intake track in low country(sea level or close) may pose a rich condition due to more ambient pressure and/or higher temps at the AAPTS.
