Thumbs up Air filter adaptor

Eny one can help me??

I am getting a k&N filter from a friend, but I will need the adptor and can't find it

They always sell them with the filter.

Can't buy it alone, I think

If you got something let me know...

the filter should come with a c clamp that fits, no adapter needed unless its oversized. if it is, just go to an autoparts store and buy a c clamp for the size of the airfilter and then OSh or home depot and buy a rubber hose seal thats the size of the intake inlet and you can tighten the filter down to that.

why, because the oil on the filter will keep the water out.

just extra protection. plus if its gulping in too much air itll change the ecu readings and u might have 2 reprogram or sumthin..not sure tho
