the motoworks efi programmer works great, but if your gunna do more motor work like a cam or full intake or etc, get a powercommander

re-connect it. sauter it tho, DONT WIRE NUT IT OR TAPE IT! SAUTER IT!!!!

But why do you have to reconnect?

the fmi runs throught he ecu. the pink wire mod bypasses the ecu. so if you dont reconnect the pink wire correctly the ecu will not perform properly and thus cause engine probs.

I got a Motoworks fmi .i didnt notice any differance when cutting the pink wire...should i reconnect it???

yes. like stated above RECONNECT THE PINK WIRE!!!! sauter it though, do not tape it or nut it, sautering is really the only safe way to ensure that the connections will have no gaps or arcs in the current
