09 ds 450 xc setup

How do I get xc settings for my suspension?(sag,preload for my weight,etc)any help would be appreciated!

I posted A sticky unders suspension setup a while ago man, just search it. Use your threaded collars to adjust the ride height which you'll like want to be about 8.5 inches 22" in front of the pegs, and about 7 and 3/4 at the rear,( Taken Just begind the pegs. For rough rough XC maybe a little taller. I'm An MX huys and try to run about 1.5 lower than what I just told ya
