suggestions?

ok so.... the rivets on my clutch basket sheared off and i am going to tear the motor down because i only found one of the rivets does anyone have some suggestions for beefing up the motor since i will already have it tore down anyway.......what will give me the best bang for my buck?

oh yea everything on the quad is currently stock with the exception of pink wire mod and hmf slip on and air box lid removal

Get a FULL Motoworks G2 ou a full Yoshi system, PCV w/ autotune, BCS ring and do the exhaust cam swap, then theres higher compresion pistons, ported heads, 50mm throttle bodys and so on...

But IMO the best bang for your buck right now since you've already got an exhaust is to put the BCS ring, its 140 bucks and i felt a lot of gains for 140 bucks...

No sense in building up an engine with out checking the maintenance things while your in there.

Just a few things that cross my mind...
Clutch upgrade? Get that extra plate in it!
Crank bearings
Case upgrade
Check out your oil pumps


If you have left over cash, Rossier engineering makes a great full exhaust. ROSSIER Engineering - RE DS450 Exhaust
