I noticed that no one has posted on this topic for a while so I thought I would start it back up. I just want to say that Rossier has treated me better than any other shop I have ever been to. I have been working with them for the past year and everything they have done has been exceptional. Charlie sponsored me for this year and I am running there full race engine with E-85. The power is awesome, it has great torque out of the hole and pulls hard through the rpm's where you need it most!! I am running B class nationals this year and I know holeshots will not be a problem!
So for anyone who wants great service and an excellent power house talk to Charlie and he will hook you up!!! And I'm not just saying all this because of my sponsorship, I honestly don't think you can find a better shop who can make the DS run any better!! Thats just my opinion!
Thanks again for everything you guys (Rossier) have done for me and keep up the good work!!
Thanks, Nathan

I second that! I'm not sponsored by him but still rn his motor and was able to pull a holes hot in the CMC pro class this last weekend... On a motor that has already been through a season. Still talk regularly and update him with my racing news. Rossier engineering is great friendly shop.

Are there any changes or mods that are required to run the E85? My son has a 2011 with the stage one kit, would E85 make it run hot? Do you run strait E85 or mix it with race fuel?

Rotor515:
You have to have a bigger injector (green injector) and have to send your ecu somewhere to get remaped or have to have a power commander and add 40% across the whole fuel table. You will use about 40% more gas but it will run cooler and gain horsepower. I'm thinking about doing it myself on my 08 DS450x, I'm getting my stuff from Rossier, Map and injector $150

Yes, to run E-85 in your son's DS450 you will need at-least an over-sized injector and the correct mapping for the modifications it has. I found that 40% Is usually too much for the green injector, as it will max out the duty cycle of the injector. We have larger injectors for the E-85 quads.
