Rossier Dyno testing
We had a DS 450 come across our dyno today.
All runs were done with the seat on and with out an air box.
The graphs shown are the best of a series of two or three runs back to back to insure correct data.
Mods: RED
Motoworks Pipe
Custom Intake
14:1 Rossier Piston/with fresh cylinder
Rossier Porting
dual exhaust cams
Custom Rossier Injector
E-85 fuel
R3L ECU
Tuning via A Power commander Five
The only change here is the Pipe shown with the blue line. We put a Rossier on it.

The next test is between intakes.
Same bike Kept the Rossier Pipe on.
The blue is a custom intake that came with the bike
Red is a stock intake tube with a foam filter on it
Green is a stock intake tube and a Rossier Free air Kit.

Those are pretty nice numbers when you factor in you don't have aftermarket cams and the throttle bodies is still 46mm. You guys thinking of making a different intake at all?

What did the custom intake look like? Good numbers though, nice and smooth also. Wonder what a woods would have done? I might as well ask it first. lol

I've never tried one on the dyno here.
