fuel problem

i got a problem my ds 450 battery is fully charged the ohom meter say 11.88 when i turn the key on then a second latter in goes up to 12.3.
i wate a min and i cant hear the fuel pump wine i giggle the fueses and the relays has any on had this problem tell me please how to fix it the bike
i try to start it and all i hear is the starter silonoid makein a bonk bonk and answers

Maybe you have a bad fuel pump, mine went out a couple months ago. Mine was covered under warranty.

you dont know what it cost i went to the dealer and he hooked it up to b.u.d.s my bike will not connect to the computer

I have a heard some of the Ds's wont hook up to the computer and there is something in the electrical they need to change .....

i had it happen 2 times when out riding i just changed the relays at the front of the bike, the stock relays are shit thay get water in them.

How are you stopping water from getting in the new ones, I also just got new relays as well....
