power programmer set up and pink wire

I got a fmf power programmer and dont no what setting to put it on for MX And do i have to cut the pink wire as well with the programmer ( bike has a fmf mega bomb header and 4.1 muffler on ds450x-mx)

no dont cut the wire if you have the programmer. the whole point of cutting the wire is a sort of replacement/stop gap for the programmer...at least thats my understanding. i think the programmers come preprogramed, mine did. motoworks came set-up for the their exhaust system, im assuming the fmf would come preprogramed for their system as well. the different settings are more for more extensive mods. but im no expert.
