sr4 quiet core insert.

my question is this if i put in a quiet core insert will it affect the way it runs with the pink wire cut and lid off. i live in michigan and to ride they have a 96db rating so i am looking to get one and was just wondering your thoughts on it, i want the inch and a quarter insert. thanks

It shouldn't make it run worse. The difference it makes is minimal.
