Look close at the pic you see the crack in the bend radius? Build it up w/adhesive. My son says you can't get to it without the motor out so we are pulling it this week but he may wrong try it. Main thing for you is we don't know what engine # got the mod so be best to pull the motor on 09's...this crack would suck! If you pull the motor as often as we do no biggy other wise wait to u have to...They all dont crack hit and miss like the clutch and every other ailment of all other quads....

thanks for the clarification! I'm not a fan of pulling my motor just for this...more of a recreational rider/weekend warrior but something to keep in mind in case anything happens!

We just got to ours, the sleeve was in there loose so we'll loc-tite it in.

Just got the motor back from BCS. Now I just have to see if I can figure out where all these bolts and parts go. Should I use loc-tite on the motor mount bolts? any others? and which color?
