air filter 2.5 hp

Is it proven that the aftermarket airfilters and adaptors give you 2.5 hp?
is the stock air filter that bad?

nope wrong stock filter is pretty good if you had the BRP intake you could get 2.5 hp ,but not just a filter

+1... 2.5hp is based on the complete intake not just a filter...

if you do the oversized filter and stack youll get gains too but not over 1.5hp or so.

if stock filter was plugged up pretty bad , and u added a brand new oversized one you could see gains of 2.5 but thats not realistic. stock vs new maybe 1hp across the board

I have seen the BCS ring and filter dynoed, after the same stock setup was dynoed. It made around 2.5 hp.

I can say that our intake with filter will easily put out 2 H.P. I can post dyno sheets if needed.
