Listen at that casting in rear thats a major structural joint, don't have a quad here but when I get to see this at our next race I will inspect what my son did or had to do...as I said I had no idea. So what I want you to do is if it is a lock bolt w/a swaged on collar try and drill out the collar side if you got access we do this all the time my high tech mechanics, use a drill same size as the collar.....center up w/l low speed start then drill far enough to break off the collar without elongating the holes or damaging the frame casting especialllly they are weak compared to the upr frame member. Replace the bolts with a grade A lock tite steel bolt/nut that fits the hole snug, not interance, but no big gaps that will elongate the holes later. If it's a rivet or you don't have access to the collar, drill the head carefully! Good luck!
