i have the 08 450x,with the full motoworks,airbox lid on cause i race xc.and i just snipped the pink wire.yesterday i took it to openng day of open practice for my first time doing mx.it was my first true hard ride on the ds and she ran amazing.way faster than my trx and my teammates,and it even had more balls then my friends built yfz.anywho,i just got a sponsorship with motoworks and i can get there tuner really really cheap.what will tht do for me?any gain in hp?should i just stay with the pink wire?

motoworks FMI really won't be a ball busting HP gain but it will smooth out power delivery throughout the power curve...just better throttle response and smoother delivery... NOT to say that it's NOT a good thing because it is...especially if you get more into motor mods! I say if you can pick one up cheap do it...hell get one for me!

ltmfb is right the throttle response will be really snappy and it will smooth out the power curve.
