Need help, replaced clutch basket

hey i got it all put together and it wouldnt shift into second just straight from one to neutral. we also need to know what the clutch hub nut should be toqued to thankss fast reply

Not sure about the shifting but 74 ft-lbs on the clutch hub nut.
