Help Power Commander III on DS 450

I have an 08 DS 450 recently installed a Power commander III has anyone else installed one and are you having a ton of issues. Looks like the TPS won't read correctly or reset the parameters are too close. Does anyone know how to check the TPS Quad running really bad, bogs and surges laying over at the top end......can anyone shed some light for me
Thanks
DamitJohnny
