will ask motoworks about the 9th plate and about the springs.

i ordered an 09 clutch cover from warnert racing...........this should have the extra fog hole..........it was like 75 bucks so not much difference than sending mine to bcs and paying two way shipping. i was surprised at warnerts' pricing.

thanks for the feedback tnt and everyone else............will keep you posted as to my results.

Just an update............the motoworks clutch basket assy doesn't accomodate the 9th clutch plate..........also stock springs were said to be ok.........if anyone happens to view this thread in the future.

Also............motoworks clutch basket doesn't come with the gear attached. Had to send it to bcs to get the stock gear off and onto the motoworks basket. Dealer wouldn't touch it. Oh well had to send the cover to them anyway.

I bought my Ds used and the guy said he bought it last year. I have raced the quad 2 times so far and I ride only on a track and I haven't herd any noise coming from the clutch yet. How can I tell If the clutch has the fix done to it.
