water wetter only raises the boiling point of water, if you run a combo of coolanol/water & water wetter you should be golden. ive ran this combo since last year when i was overheating every ride, havent had a heat issue since.

Watter Wetter, Coolinol, and Engine Ice will all freeze in the winter. Follow the label directions for mixing with Antifreeze.

water wetter will help you not overheat, got the blingstar bumper that blocks the radiator, took hcomras advice and got the bcs inline cooler and added water wetter. i ride in az and have ridden in temps over 100 and have not overheated since i did this, good luck!

wire your fan on your radiator to a switch so you can turn the fan on when u have the quad running. I had this same problem on my brothers KFX450
|

hi mate
ı have ds 450 when ı ride 10 minutes bikes overheating and bike performance down and exhaust yellow fires and engine check flashing do you know what can we do?

how about read this thread? i think we all went over what you should do! then go to the search and type in overheating and read the corresponding threads and you will get a great idea of what you can do for your bike
