RW Pipe installation?

Trying to get my muffler half to go into the header half, and it aint fitting. Anyone that has one give me some help. Its going on a exhaust expander for 1/16 of an inch tomorrow if I can't figure it out in time!

Nope the RW header. They both appear to be the same size the header and muffler that is.
