Same reason you keep starting new threads for the same issue. You just need to keep updating your main thread.

Need help

oil in air box

We can try to help you, but we can't always give you the answer you're wanting to hear. I'll try to think a little more on your issue. Maybe someone else will chime in with thoughts also.

Have you done a leak down test yet? Have you checked the cylinder and piston yet? I say this because we don't know the hours and have asked previously. Not trying to be a smart a$$, but trying to help.

If you were to unhook the crankcase vent from air box, and run to into a clean pop bottle how much oil would you get?

Just searching and found something that may make sense, the intake system sucking oil from crank case. Maybe remove air box lid and test before disconnecting crankcase vent hose. If the snorkle was blocked it may cause the same results. Air would have to come from somewhere. This is reaching big time but worth a shot.

Maybe remove remove both ends of the crankcase breather line and see if it is plugged also. That has been an issue on the higher end roadd bikes. Still reaching big time but a cheap check. Got to get back to the Nebraska game, they pulled their heads out and started to play football.
