Setting Fmi?

Hey everyone i was wondering if anyone knows the best way to set your fmi to get the most out of it and im running a yoshi comp 2. the guy i bought the quad off of messed all the settings up on it and any one help?! Thanks!

go to a dyno, and get a air fuel reading and tune it that way

yea if he really scerwed it up a dyno tune is guna be your best bet cuz itll help tell you were to start too not just guessing

An easier way may be to talk to the manufacturer of the FMI. If it is a Dynojet Powercammander they can simply send you a CD with all the common pipes and setups already on it and you simply plug in the programmer to your laptop and upload the desired fuel Maps. If you specify your exact setup they might just send you the program for it and again, you'll be able to simply upload it onto the programmer. This all depends on what FMI you have

or if you dont want to drop the cash on a dyno tune, tune it like you would a carb'ed bike. start in the low rpms and keep tuning until you feel that it is pulling the hardest. i heard plug checks wont work very well on the efi bikes because they usually show white even if the A/f is dead on

Yeah my friend i were looking at motoworks and found out what each thing means we were playing with it we have it pretty good but i still want more low end so its on going thanks!
