Shorter exhaust

No matter what shorter is most likely going to equal louder..

I didnt get different ends for my sr-4. I got the exhaust from can am along with my race ecu. As far as shorter being louder. My 06 and 08 trx450r had different exhausts that were different lengths and they were the same db reading. Its all in the design of the canister.

Alot of it has to do with lengths, theres a reason dasa has the exact same exhaust for sale in two versions only difference is length, the 13 inch can and the longer can, The difference is sound db
