Falling into neutral

Lately, when I can keep the chain on the rear sprocket, when Im in 2nd gear it will fall into neutral. Its usually when Im just starting to get into the power curve of second gear. Kinda making me wonder if I got tranny problems.

Trans problems no, clutch problems yes. Its a false neautral. Bcs clutch should help.

Well it had problems the first day I got it. Went through 2 different batteries on it. Got that problem fixed. Now the chain and false neutral are the problem.

The battery problem was the dealership's that my dealer got it from fault. They hooked the battery up backwards. I ended up killing that battery and a second cause we forgot to change the charging circuit fuse and I drained the second one.

I run the oil can am recommends. I've only ran it enough to change the oil once. Also I probably can file for the lemon law since I have the X Team stage 1 kit on it. I have no warranty on it and it is classified as a closed course machine.

WE have experienced the "false nuetral " issue , but usually after horriffic bumps and landings , never really solved it , tore the tranny down 3 x , and replaced all shift forks .... just because , we changed his riding style and went to pep's and the problem went away , i am thinking excessive negative G-forces ??
I disagree with the clutch , as Ryan shifts in the air w/o a clutch ( mostly).... our false nuetrals came after SEVERE landings ( which we no longer have with the PEP's)
