None of my stock relays went bad, but I replaced all three of mine with Autozone ones also, mainly just for the peace of mind and to have the stock ones as spares. I don't know that the Autozone ones are any better, but they do have a lifetime guarantee. I think that is why a lot of people get them. I haven't heard of anyone having trouble with them, but I'm sure it's a possibility, otherwise the lifetime guarantee would not mean as much.

I bought NAPA relays with the thought that they would be better and low and behold a brand new one was bad after about 15 minutes of riding! Got a replacement (NAPA again) and no problems since so ya never know I guess.

Search RELAY lol, we had a huge relay shootout and I went and got every different brand I could find and put the results on here.

autozone ones are no better, but for 10 bucks and a lifetime warranty you cant go wrong, buy 2 more of them and carry them with you so if one goes out you can swap during the ride then return it for a new one when you get home
