What radiator mods can I do to my bike like the hoses so I don't have to run the thermostat. And the radiator mod so I can take the coolant tank off. Some pictures would be so nice and some details on how to do it please my email is bkshore2008@yahoo.com or post on here

Cv4 radiator hoses elimante the thermostat and bcs racing has a radiator mod kit that eliminates the overfill and welds in a cap on the radiator itself

yep, send your radiator to BCS, they'll weld on a cap and that way you can ditch the stupid plastic tank.

You can pick-up a Spal pusher fan on ebay fairly cheap and install it on the front of your rad.&wire it up.Change coolant to engine ice also.

The fan will push cool air in thru the front of the rad.to help keep the engine area cooler and to help reduce fuel from boiling. You might want to install heat tape to the bottom of the fuel tank. Also read of drilling 1in.holes in the plastic near the rad.to help in cooling.
