This might be a dumb question but Im going to ask anyways. What was causing your overheating issue? My quad is pretty much stock, I just didn't know if it was something I needed to worry about.

MUD in the Radiator causes the heating issues. The front Louvers improve that a ton. Also the CV4 hoses get rid of the stupid "Y'S in the rad hoses, which lessens the likelyness of any clamp issues. Bore some hules in the plastics around the fuel tank to stop Fuel boiling, and buy some reflective heat tape for around your gas tank, That wil take care of all your issues.

mine had overheated because i have a large front bumper that blocks the rad air flow and it was on a very hot day and i want getting any air flow to the radiator. it wasnt really a problem more of a fluke. just didnt want it to happen again.

Thanks for the info, I'm going to have to look into it. I got the black metal louvers when I purchased the Mx a arms, rear axle and steering stem.
Can you point me in the right direction for the hoses? Sorry for all the questions.

We were told by Simon from Can-AM to buy the Cv-4 Hoses, drilll the rad / tank area with 1/2" holes and glue in chicken wire. We were also told to change the thermostat. the limp mode was removed for overheat , and the mapp was modified.
