I'm fixing my case gasket leak and need to know how to find top dead center. I didnt see and inspection holes to see it on the flywheel. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a bolt in the left hand case in line with the crankshaft. Remove it. Grind a point on a bolt with the same thread and screw it in the hole until it comes into contact with the crankshaft. DO NOT TIGHTEN THE LOCATOR BOLT AT ANY STAGE Slowly rotate the crank while applying finger tension to the bolt. There is an indent (blind hole) in the crank the bolt will locate into. This is top dead centre. The left hand case can be removed without touching the righthand side to replace the centre gasket. Check your cases for cracks at the swingarm pivot.
Hope this helps.
