Motoworks Carbon Slip On
hi guys, i bought a motoworks sr4 carbon slip on and it doesnt seem to fit the stock header? there is a gap between the two where they meet like the slip on is a much larger bore than the header, and it doesnt clamp together properly.
just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Nope. My aluminum SR4 slip-on fit tightly. Tight enough I had to deburr the slip-on to get it to slide on. The clamp wasn't necessary for it to be tight.

Call motoworks, you more than likely got the wrong pipe. Last time this happened, the guy sent the wrong pipe back, and got sent a full pipe, and the correct slip-on. Motoworks is good about customer service.

i dont know the way he was explaining it he sounded like he was trying to match the two pipes together then clamp it, not slip one over the other and then clamp it. the pipe should be larger diameter to slide over the head pipe
