after riding my buddies ktm450 i almost shit my pants, every maganzine talked about how much power they have and how extremely fast they are. but they feel exactly like any other 450 out there.

durablue should be just +2?
Pep are better then fox evo?
ron woods insted motoworks?
pc 3vs5?
if i want to be faster in acceleration for races should changing any sprocket would help?

i think i might not do nothing as the web cam or ported head or piston or injector, just because i live in central america and here i dont have any confidence mechanic to do that, that stuff was a good improvement?

I like lonestar cuz they r cheap and always have parts in stock. Yes +2. As for ur axle their all good I've heard good things about durablue, axcaliber and more. I like old school springs so yea the PEPs over the fox evols plus don't know if its really worth the extra $ and time to fine tune em. Yes ron woods over motoworks. Full system not a slip on tho. I have a pc3. Go up a tooth in the rear for acceleration. Try 18" tires first tho. They help acceleration gains

For the best acceleration gain just up 1 the rear sprocket? Or what else?
18rear tires whic rim? Size front tires and rims ? For racing performance
Houser stem? Is really importan? It helps?
What else I can do to improve my short track acceleration in tracks? Any other mod to help improve this performance?

im probably not the best person to ask since i dont race at all i just ride trails, but i have the lonestar +2 arms and love em, plus they have a great warrenty. dont have a durablue axle yet but will have one soon. and yes +2, make sure its solid though not the hollow one. i dont know the sprocket size for the x model, i have the base model and its 42, so id assume you have a 40 (maybe?). id change your tires first though since you will need to either way. i have 18" tires on ITP pro series bajas and like em, really heavy duty they are a 10x8.5 rim i believe. for sronts i have 20s. the stem isnt too important in my opinion, although its a safe bet that you want an upright bar height, so a taller stem would help.

it depends what your racing though. mx or xc? if your running mx, i think all that i listed aboce would be a good place to start, plus a tether switch! for xc, you could run larger tires and id get more protection parts versus performance parts. but if you want to get outta the hole the fastest, i think a tooth up on the rear sprocket and smaller tires will get you there. however, it will affect your topend alot. when i run 18s with stock gearing (14/42) i take the hole quick but get out run alot, but when i run 20s its a beast all around. there are quiet a few racers in both MX and XC that might be better suited to answer any further quiestions you have
