Engine Rebuild ?s

quick question since i have never build the can am engine apart, other than clutch bs.
Is the engine much different then your typical 4 stroke quad engine, asking cuz its rotax and being a fourstroke wanna know what im going to battle with mid way threw race season. Thanks guys
