What's all busted on yours?
I have an 08' 450x and my Clutch Basket just gave out.. =[ Replaced it with a Hinson One (It was a work of art...to bad its on the inside). So I'm back up and running.
The Question I have is what has all broken on your guy's quads, and what did you use to fix it or was it covered under recall?

nothing has went wrong on mine.... 08, lots of ride time.

pretty much everything under the sun has gone wrong with mine. i had to replace the rear frame mounts for my upper a arms. the front frame parts. the main lower pieces to the frame. the right side hip to the frame. i was getting more error codes than windows millenium edition before i had the harness chopped. the case is cracked and the center gasket is blown... i had to replace my clutch basket and the carrier blew out. mines a 08..

No issues with my 08, replaced the clutch basket, didn't have to but did, put on all the aftermarket frame supports, but no issues with my quad other than back breaks get air in them sometimes when I race in mud

Clutch n that's it. Well a lot of human error lol but that's the only part that failed from factory.

Nothing so far on my 08x... It has been raced several times, trail riden every weekend and recently made a trip to Hatfield McCoy.

WE race and race hard MX . we have broken, frames,front frame supports, every electrical component on the bike, injectors, throttle bodies, axles, carriers, alot of steering stems and handlebars,broken hyper wheels, brakes . nerf bars, grab bars, bumpers, tether cord switches, ETC.....
But still , 4 times more dependable than the LTR was.

So far just the case cracked, I am going to replace the basket with a BCS or Hinson this winter

Like my dad said, pretty much everything breaks except the motor lol. As long as you ride it like a man.
