we've almost all been screwed over by lazy mechanics, terrible customer service reps, uneducated parts departments, etc. i think its within our power, and our responsibility to fellow riders, to warn people so they do not waste time and money at these places that are not willing to become a better shop. also, i think we should take note of which shops and dealerships ARE willing to take that extra step, to get the right part, finish the job completely and not try to rip you off at the same time. lets let this go from west to east coast, even up to Canada cuz i know we have a lot of riding neighbors to the north!
