Clutch housing and water pump -
(8)Seal-oil - required#: 2 (part # 420230195)
(9)shaft-water pump - required#: 1 (#420237040)
(15)gasket - required#: 1 (#420230581)
(19)O-ring - required#: 1 (#420850430)
You might need number 11 which is a dowel pin on the water pump shaft in case you loose it or break it while removing... But you can probably get that at your local hardware store without ordering it. If you want pm me on here and we can swap phone #'s I can probably help you out more that way.

Not the waterpump seals. I ran it and checked the weephole, nothing came out at all. I took a piece of wire to clear the weephole out to be certain it wasnt clogged. Only thing left is head or base gasket I think. Drained oil again and some coolant seems to be in it. Drained coolant and no oil. The water jakets are in cylinder, so im assuming its a gasket. What do you think?

what weephole are you talking about?
I don't know what to tell you, it could be the head gasket, but usually (99% of the time that I've seen or heard) if it's the head gasket oil will be in the water.. broken gasket seal pressure would be pushing oil into cooland and vise versa...
I didn't notice my seals were bad, I couldn't even tell except for the creamy white oil, and that's also one the only known problems with the DS650. I would say to change out the seals or if you don't feel comfortable doing it find a mechanic you know you can trust and have them hammer it out... it only takes about 20min to change seals if you have an idea of what your doing.
a good way to test if your headgasket might be blown is to run the bike around for a few minutes or just let it run for a while and once you turn it off take a rag to protect yourself and if the cap is pressurized when you open it, almost like a opening a can of soda... that could mean its your head gasket
