Dream Riders Ithaca, NY WNYOA
Well ran my first hare scramble on the DS Sunday and it never missed a beat, a tree, or a Rancher for that matter. Got wedged between two trees once and blew the plastic vent covers right out of the hand guards. Rancher going up a steep hill in front of my smacked a tree head on so hard his back wheels came off the ground and landed on my front bumper. All in all a good race highlighted by running with Chris Borich going up a nasty uphill section just to see him go flying by on the next steep downhill at break neck speed.

I was in the Junior C class (22yrs+) first year on a sport quad. I've only raced my prairie in the utility class before. Kinda screwed myself was pacing myself for one more lap and then Borich lapped me just before the finish area so I got spared an extra lap. Track was a little to tight for the utility guys I guess, saw alot of them in trees. Are you running any of the tracks up north? Thunder Ridge and Unadilla are closer to me.

Sweet. Right below Saratoga? I'm about 7 mins west of Saratoga. Was thinking about getting out and trying a race some day. Hectic schedule though so not sure if I'll be able to....sounds like fun though.
