2008 DS Recall Info Please
Hello everybody! I'm new here and I was wondering what exactly are all the recalls and updates that I've been reading about on the 08 DS?
Are there any charges when you bring it in for service? How long does it take to get it back? I can't find much about the recalls anywhere else online.
ANY AND ALL INFO WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANKS IN ADVANCE

The clutch was a update not a recall so they don't cover that but they did have a recall on the engine mounts and fliywheel bolts.

ha ya what he said....I never rode on it with a stock engine so I dont know. Id suggest the motoworks clutch if you race Im running a hair over 60hp and it holds up great. if not get the BCS basket sense it has bolts instead of rivits

sorry for the bump guys but I'm thinking about buying a 450 from a dealer in florida, brand new (overstock deal), do you think the dealership would install those updates/recalls for free, since I am an international buyer and I dont have a dealership in my country. (Belize, Central America)

They can also run the VIN through the BRP database and show you what recalls were done/not done...so you can use that printout to be sure that things were taken care of!
