Ease of Maintenance?
Considering purchase...
How easy/hard/expensive are the following:
Oil Change
Air Filter Inspect/Change
Chain Adjustment
Radiator Accessibility
Fuel Tank Removal
Brake Caliper/Pad Removal/Installation
Rear Shock Accessibility
Would you consider it to be relatively easy, medium, or challenging?
Thanks!

Yep, everything is easy except for the tank. I haven't had to tackle that one yet. You can get the valve cover off without removing it.

the gas tank sits between the 2 sidebar frame supports, it is also bolted up top and to the tree. you can remove the fuel pump in no time though and suck the tank out from the 3 " hole that it mounts in

I think you have to take the motor out to take the tank off lol. I have never even tried, I don't have a reason to take it out...
