Do a search. It's pretty easy. Headlights off first. Than only 8 more bolts and ur done....

there's a post in one of the forums that dirt devilz replied to a while back where he lists all the bolts.
i didn't have to remove the plastics completely...........just remove the bolts on the side of the pink wire along with the headlight on that side. (the side where your left knee would be)
first remove the headlight. then there's one star screw by the support arm under the front fender. then there's another star screw underneath the seat by the coolant reservoir. then there's 2 star screws by the air filter. there's also 2 on the sides of the machine by the rear fenders. also loosen and remove the ignition. (star screw=torx screw i believe?) oh yeah...........one more screw by the radiator.
i think i covered all...............thanks to dirtdevilz previous post again.
you should now be able to lift the plastics enough now to access the pink wire which is up near the ignition. make sure you find the loop.
also...........if i've read correctly on here..........you want to make sure your airbox lid is removed as well as your baffle at a bare minimum to do the mod. it's better if you have an aftermarket pipe and air filter though.

Your quad will run perfect with or without the airbox lid on. Its your call. Without the lid you will get more power. Unless its wet sand, there's no need for concern, just clean your air filter often.

ok thanks. im just lazy that's why i was looking for something other than cleaning it often . one last thing.... is it really worth it? i dont race or anything so does it actually give enough gain to go through all the trouble to get to it and all the extra maintenance afterwards?
