thread on lowering the sub frame?

I thought i had seen one at one time a " how to" lower the subframe somewhere on this forum. i cant find it. i am looking to do it myself and dont feel like spending the money if at all possible.

can someone point me to it?

i tried searching and had no luck also, but i would like to know how to "do it yourself" also, any money i can save is a plus

I also think about lowering the subframe, but I think that there would be a problem with for example exhaust istalation. I know that motoworks manufactures exhaust for lowered subframe, but how about Rossier? Do you know any other mods you have to do after lowering subframe?

i talked with bcs and they can do your subframe for i believe $100, and because its only 3/4" you dont have to modify the exhaust.
