still having starting issues

ok so iv replaced all 3 of the relays, i have 12 volts at the battery, 12 volts at the solenoid, but nothing at the starter, does this mean the starter is bad or the solenoid is bad. It seems like when it buzzes though the clicking is coming from the relays. I tried jumping the solenoid and still just made the same noise. My guess is its the starter.

Are you taking lessons for Primal? LOL If so stop. You could of continued updating in the other thread.

If you're not getting voltage through the solenoid to the starter, probally the solenoid or the solenoid is not getting the inputs needed.

Try jumping the starter from the battery.

Hold solenoid, and see if it clicks, mines doing the same thing. Relays don't click or make noise, just saying.

iv come to the conclusion its got to be the solenoid, i have 12 volts at the battery, 12 volts at the solenoid, when i hold the start button and test the voltage at the starter its like .1, and yesterday it was 4, it started and ran for a little awhile today but then started doing it again, cleaned all the terminals and replaced all the relays
