Exclamation What to do with the stock ECU?

Just wondering what a guy should do. I have a motoworks complete setup with a quiet insert, fmi box(motoworks)no air box lid and a velocity air filter. What do I do with the ECU?? anything?its on a 2009 ds450x mx.outdoor mx track riding.the bike has a very irratic idle and had lots of engine light flashes.Dealer is a long shot...can I send my ecu out or do I have to? also anyone had the rpm limiter from temp codes?..can I change the settings for the rpm limiter...?

sounds like your fmi isnt set correctly. are you in a high elevation? try playing with it a little. i used to have the same set-up but never had erratic idling...

Is it the racer support ECU? if so, the dealer needs to flash it in order for it to run correctly. Get down to your dealer, they can hook budds up, and find your problem.
