Hi guys , am new here .

i have DS450 2008 STOCK.
i installed air filter velocity , and now i ordered ROSSIER pipe , and will cut the pink wire .

i have a question for the experts, about the sprocket , the one installed is 42t, i ordered 2 sprockets one is 38 and the second is 40
any advice in here whci one for the best performance ?

and any hints about the front sprocket (mine still the stock one)

u probably have a 14 tooth front...and when you say performance....what do you mean? lowering your rear will get you more top end....but you will lose bottom...so if your looking for a top speed racer that will hit over 80mph...go with the 38. a good set-up might be tho is a 14 tooth front with 40 rear and 21inch tires. it might be a good medium.

but thats only if your looking for alot of top end gain.....just remember one tooth up in front is worth about 2.5 teeth down in rear. less teeth in back is the same as more teeth in front and vice-versa.

k but u gotta change the chain if you change the rear sprocket.

if you go too large on the rear sprocket your stock chain won't reach....also, if you go too low your chain might bind up in the front sprocket area!

yea and either way its a good idea that everytime you swap sprockets you get a new chain to help them wear evenly. if you go up a tooth in front you can use the same change, but dropping 2 teeth might be too much

im runing 13t front 38t on rear and 9"wheel with 18" tire on rear and it feel really good
